Padlock Compatibility
Use a lock that fits the chain and the way you ride.
The Division is designed to accept compatible padlocks with a shackle diameter of 10 mm or smaller. Fit also depends on shackle shape and body clearance, so diameter alone does not guarantee compatibility.
The chain-only configuration lets you use a compatible lock you already own. The chain-and-padlock configuration includes a Squire MERC50CS closed-shackle padlock selected as a practical match for the 7 mm Pewag chain.
Your Lock. Your Choice.
The padlock is separate from the chain on purpose.
A separate padlock gives you more control over the system. You can use compatible hardware you already trust, replace a damaged or lost lock without discarding the chain, and upgrade the locking hardware later.
The chain and padlock can be inspected and replaced separately instead of being permanently integrated into one unit.
